NAC503.545. Commercial permit to take unprotected fish: Prerequisites to issuance.

  • Any person may obtain a permit to take unprotected fish commercially, other than live bait fish, from the waters of the State upon application and payment to the Department of an annual permit fee of $500, if:

         1. The location, time and manner of conducting the operation is approved by the Department; and

         2. The operation is not deleterious to fish or other wildlife naturally indigenous or planted or propagated therein at public expense.
