NAC504.530. Examination of plans by Department.

The Department must promptly examine and investigate all plans submitted to it pursuant to the provisions of NAC 504.520. If the Department determines that the plans and specifications are inadequate to provide for the preservation and protection of wildlife habitat and that such activity may result in a significant reduction in the quality or quantity of such habitat, the applicant must be so informed. The Department may aid in preparing adequate plans and specifications.
