Latest version.

Each recipient of a grant from the Heil Trust Fund for Wild Horses must verify that:

     1. The project conforms to all state and federal laws;

     2. The administrative expenses of the project are limited to 5 percent of the amount of the grant; and

     3. The money received is used only for the purpose for which it was awarded.
