NAC504.850. Grant to be expended or obligated during fiscal year.

The grant by the Commission must be expended or obligated during the fiscal year in which the grant was awarded. Services or contracts which extend beyond the end of the fiscal year must be approved in writing by the Commission before the money is obligated.
