NAC534.293. Additional requirements for license if prior license has expired or been suspended or revoked.

Latest version.

A well driller whose license has been expired for more than 1 year or whose license has been suspended or revoked must:

     1. File a new application with the fee required by NRS 534.140 to obtain a license;

     2. Pass the examination required by NAC 534.282; and

     3. Reduce the number of demerit points the well driller has accumulated against his or her license to 74 or less.
