NAC534.298. Temporary license: Period of validity; authorized activities; transferability.

Latest version.

A temporary well-drilling license:

     1. Is valid until the next scheduled examination;

     2. Authorizes well drilling to be performed only for the contractor who requested the license; and

     3. Is not transferable.
