NAC534A.120. Notice of intention to drill.

A driller shall notify the State Engineer whenever the driller is about to commence the drilling of a hole, giving the name of his or her client, the approximate location and the approximate depth to be drilled. The driller may use self-addressed post cards furnished by the State Engineer for this purpose.
