The taking of cuttings at least every 30 feet, and filing thereof, is a condition for approval of the drilling permit. The cuttings must be cleaned, dried, marked for location and depth and placed in envelopes. The cuttings and a split of any core must be submitted to the Bureau of Mines and Geology of the State of Nevada within 30 days after the well is completed.
