1. A monthly report of all geothermal production and sales, average temperatures and consumptive use from commercial and industrial wells must be filed in duplicate with the Division on or before the last day of the month following the month during which the production occurred. The producer shall retain a copy for his or her file.

2. Wells which produce for any part of the month must be included in the monthly report.
