NAC538.200. Prehearing conference.

  • The Executive Director may, upon written notice to all parties of record, hold a prehearing conference to:

         1. Formulate or simplify the issues;

         2. Obtain admissions of fact and documents in order to avoid unnecessary proof;

         3. Arrange for the exchange of proposed exhibits or prepared expert testimony;

         4. Limit the number of witnesses and consolidate the examination of witnesses;

         5. Establish a procedure for the hearing; and

         6. Consider any other matters which may promote orderly conduct and expedite the disposition of the proceedings or achieve a settlement.
