NAC554.825. Disposition of restricted commodity that is moved to destination outside of area of quarantine.

If any commodity that is restricted pursuant to NAC 554.811 is shipped, transported or otherwise moved to a destination in this State that is located outside an area specified in NAC 554.805 in violation of NAC 554.805 to 554.825, inclusive, the commodity must be immediately returned to the area or destroyed in a manner specified by the Department.
