NAC555.221. Administrative fine: Prevention of or interference with inspection of nursery, business location or nursery stock.

A person who prevents or interferes with the inspection of a nursery or other business location, or any nursery stock at the nursery or other business location, in violation of NRS 555.244 shall, after notice and hearing, for each violation pay an administrative fine in accordance with the following:

     1. For the first violation, $250.

     2. For the second violation, $500.

     3. For the third and any subsequent violation, $1,000.
