NAC555.223. Administrative fine: Falsification of inspection certificate or phytosanitary certificate.

Latest version.

A person who falsifies an inspection certificate or phytosanitary certificate shall, after notice and hearing, for each violation pay an administrative fine in accordance with the following:

     1. For the first violation, $250.

     2. For the second violation, $500.

     3. For the third and any subsequent violation, $1,000.
