  • “Neighboring herd” means a herd that:

         1. Is separated by a single fence from another herd;

         2. Shares a common pasture or range with another herd;

         3. Contains cattle exchanged from another herd; or

         4. Contains cattle that were found estray or stray, as defined in NAC 571.650.
