  • The approved stamp authorized by NAC 583.020 must be the stamp of the Meat Inspection Division of the Department of Agriculture indicating that the meat or meat product has been processed, inspected and is in full compliance with Regulations Governing Meat Inspection of the Department of Agriculture or the approved stamp of Nevada indicating processing in accordance with NAC 583.211 to 583.500, inclusive.
