NAC583.554. Certificate: Appeal of denial, suspension or revocation.

An applicant or holder of a certificate who is aggrieved by an action of the Health Division concerning the denial, suspension or revocation of a certificate may, not later than 10 business days after the action of the Board is taken, file a notice of appeal in the manner prescribed in NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.
