NAC583.580. Handling and shipment.

- The holder of a certificate shall handle and ship all containers to which the holder of the certificate affixes his or her stamp in a manner which:
1. Will prevent spoilage and contamination during shipping; and
2. Complies with the provisions of the model ordinance.
