NAC584.1621. “Adulterated” defined.

Latest version.

“Adulterated” means:

     1. Any raw milk or cream to which water has been added; or

     2. Any raw milk or product made from it which:

     (a) Contains any unwholesome substance; or

     (b) Does not conform with the applicable standard of identity adopted by reference in NAC 584.0103.
