NAC584.2071. Report of inspection.

Upon completion of an inspection, the inspector shall deliver one copy of the report of the inspection to the operator or another person responsible for the establishment or post it in a conspicuous place, preferably on a wall cabinet on the inside of the establishment. The report must not be defaced and must be made available to the Commission upon request. The inspector shall file with the Commission a copy of the report identical to the one posted.
