  • When it is obvious that an emergency exists which could conceivably cause significant variations in the temperature of the market milk in the farm tank, the anticipated buyer of that milk and the Commission must be immediately notified and the milk removed from the farm tank. The sale of milk from that tank at a subsequent milking must be approved by the Commission.
