  • Every milk plant must contain toilet facilities. The toilet rooms must not open directly into any room in which milk or products made from it are processed. Toilet rooms must be completely enclosed and have tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Dressing rooms and toilet rooms and their fixtures must be kept clean, in good repair and well-ventilated and lighted. Sewage and other liquid wastes from these rooms must be disposed of in a manner approved by the Commission.
