NAC584.2851. Use and disclosure of information prohibited.

No officer, employee or agent of any state or local governmental agency may use for his or her own advantage or reveal to any unauthorized person any information obtained pursuant to the provisions of NAC 584.1611 to 584.2881, inclusive, which is entitled to protection as a trade secret, including information as to the quantity, quality, source or disposition of milk or a milk product or the results of an inspection or tests of any of them.
