NAC584.5792. Report of distributor’s monthly remittance.

1. Each distributor subject to the stabilization and marketing plan set forth in NAC 584.5551 to 584.6712, inclusive, shall submit to the Commission, on a form prescribed and furnished by the Commission, or on a facsimile of the form, a monthly remittance report showing the distributor’s monthly distribution of fluid milk, fluid cream, butter and fresh dairy by-products.

2. The monthly remittance report must be submitted to the Commission at its office in Reno on or before the 20th day of the month following the month during which the fluid milk, fluid cream, butter and fresh dairy by-products were distributed.
