NAC584.6177. Distributor’s license: Issuance of temporary permit by Executive Director; notice of cancellation of permit.

The Executive Director or his or her designee may issue a temporary permit to an applicant to distribute dairy products in the marketing area in which the applicant wishes to distribute dairy products. The temporary permit is subject to cancellation without recourse upon notifying the holder in writing of the cancellation not less than 72 hours before the permit is cancelled. For the purposes of this section, notice of the cancellation shall be deemed to have been given on the date and time, if any, of the postmark appearing on the envelope containing the notice of cancellation.
