A distributor shall use the standards for determining the weight of fluid milk or fluid cream adopted by the United States Department of Agriculture, which are hereby adopted by reference. A copy of the standards may be obtained at no cost from the United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service, Dairy Programs, Office of Market Administrator, 1930-220th Street, S.E., Suite 102, Bothell, Washington 98021-8471.
