NAC587.242. Evidence required of class and source of seed.

The Department must be supplied with satisfactory evidence of the class and source of seed used to plant each crop being considered for certification. A certification tag from each lot of seed planted must accompany the application for certification. If no tags are available, a sales record or other documentation must be provided that identifies the source of seed.
