NAC587.244. Field inspection; grounds for rejection of seed crop.

Latest version.
  • One or more field inspections will be made each time a seed crop of any certified class is to be harvested and when genetic purity and identity, or any other factor affecting seed certification, can best be determined. The Department may reject a seed crop if any condition, such as excessive weediness, poor stand or disease, prevents adequate inspection of a field.
