NAC587.3396. “Prevariety germplasm” defined.

As used in NAC 587.3396 to 587.33995, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “prevariety germplasm” means the seed, seedling or other propagating material of, without limitation, a species, selection, clone or intraspecific hybrid of a plant that has not been recognized as a variety.
