NAC587.928. Advisory Council for Organic Agricultural Products: Compensation of members.

Latest version.

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, each member of the Advisory Council for Organic Agricultural Products is entitled to receive compensation at the rate of $10 per hour necessarily spent on the business of the Council, including time spent traveling.

2. The total compensation paid pursuant to subsection 1 must not exceed $80 per day.
