NAC590.750. Financial responsibility of operators.

Latest version.

Upon request, an operator of a regulated underground storage tank shall submit to the Division evidence of his or her financial responsibility. An operator may demonstrate his or her financial responsibility in any manner permitted by NAC 459.995.
