NAC598.130. Withdrawal of attorney.

Latest version.

An attorney of record withdrawing from the representation of a party appearing in a proceeding before the Division shall immediately give written notice of his or her withdrawal to:

     1. The hearing officer;

     2. The party whom the attorney of record represented; and

     3. Any other parties to the proceeding.
