Payment of any costs, fees, fines, penalties, charges or restitution authorized by statute or regulation to be collected by the Division, or ordered by the Commissioner or the Director to be paid by a party pursuant to paragraph (b) or (c) of subsection 2 of NRS 598.0971 or any regulation must be made by cashier’s check, money order or other certified instruments payable to the Division.
