NAC599B.720. Service of process upon attorney.

Latest version.

1. Following the entry of an appearance by an attorney for a party, all notices, pleadings and orders thereafter served must be served upon the attorney.

2. Service performed pursuant to subsection 1 is considered valid service for all purposes upon the party represented.
