NAC599B.725. Withdrawal of attorney.

Latest version.

An attorney of record withdrawing from the representation of a party appearing in a proceeding before the division shall immediately give written notice of his withdrawal to:

     1. The hearing officer;

     2. The party whom he represented; and

     3. Any other parties to the proceeding.
