NAC599B.780. Failure to appear.

If a party who has been served with a proper notice of a hearing fails to appear at the hearing, and a continuance of the hearing has not been requested and granted:

     1. The failure to appear by the party may be entered in the record;

     2. Evidence may be heard; and

     3. The matter may be considered and disposed of on the basis of the evidence before the hearing officer in the manner required pursuant to NAC 599B.785.
