NAC599B.795. Retention of record of hearing; availability of copy.

Latest version.

1. If a hearing is recorded by audio tape or other means, the record will be retained for 90 days after the date of the decision and order, at which time it will be destroyed or reused, unless a petition for judicial review has been filed pursuant to chapter 233B of NRS.

2. A certified copy of the audio tape or other record will be made available to a party upon written request to the division and payment of $20.
