NAC607.150. Filing and availability of pleadings.

Latest version.

1. An original and two legible copies of every pleading, other than a complaint brought by the Commissioner, must be filed with the Commissioner in all matters before him.

2. The Commissioner may direct that the party who filed a pleading make copies of it available to any other person who has requested copies, if the Commissioner first determines that the person making the request may be affected by the proceeding.
