NAC610.436. Guarantees required from sponsors of programs of apprenticeship.

Latest version.

A sponsor of a program of apprenticeship shall guarantee in writing that the employer of an apprentice in the program will:

     1. Participate in the program;

     2. Agree to pay the costs of the program assessed to him or her; and

     3. Agree to pay the applicable apprenticeship wage.
