NAC612.245. Board of Review: Decision.

Any two members of the Board of Review may decide a case. If one member is absent and the vote of the two remaining results in a tie, the case will be held over for consideration by the full Board. If one member is disqualified and the remaining two disagree, the case must be decided by the public member. If the public member is disqualified, the Board will seek a temporary replacement pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 233B.122.
