NAC616A.085. “Electronic transmission” defined.

“Electronic transmission” means the sending of information in a legible manner by electronic means, including, without limitation, by facsimile machine, computer, electronic mail or scanner. As used in NRS 616A.417, 616C.040 and 616C.045, the Division will interpret “electronic transmission” to have the meaning ascribed to it in this section.
