NAC616B.992. Conflict of interest of member who represents Division of Insurance.

Latest version.

A member of the Appeals Panel who represents the Division of Insurance shall be deemed not to have a conflict of interest pursuant to NRS 616B.782 with respect to the Division of Insurance if the Division of Insurance is a party to the hearing or has been involved in the handling of the appeal.
