NAC616C.009. Panel of physicians and chiropractors: Notice to member of suspension or removal; suspension or removal without notification authorized.

     1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, the Administrator may suspend or remove for cause any physician or chiropractor from the panel of physicians and chiropractors upon 30 days’ written notice.

     2. The notice of suspension or removal must define the particular cause or causes for suspension or removal.

     3. The Administrator may, without giving any advance notice, suspend or remove from the panel of physicians and chiropractors a physician or chiropractor whose license has been suspended or revoked by the applicable licensing authority.
