ACCIDENT BENEFITS PROVIDED BY EMPLOYERS |
NAC616C.043. Requirements for employer providing benefits.

- An employer who makes arrangements to provide accident benefits shall:
1. Have adequate resources to ensure payment of accident benefits during any period of adverse loss experience;
2. Ensure that each employee is guaranteed and notified in writing of the right to select his or her own physician or chiropractor for treatment pursuant to NRS 616C.090; and
3. Provide for payment of incurred losses of uninsured sole proprietors and subcontractors pursuant to chapters 616A to 617, inclusive, of NRS.
