NAC616C.115. Expenses of investigation.

Latest version.

The insurer shall pay all the expenses of any investigation, including, without limitation, the cost of travel and medical examinations, authorized by it to obtain a full and complete record of the cause, scope and origin of a claim and the physical condition of the injured employee.
