NAC616C.607. Effect of injury received during program of vocational rehabilitation.

  • If a previously injured employee is injured, or his or her condition worsens for reasons related to the industrial injury or the occupational disease, while participating in an approved program of vocational rehabilitation and receiving vocational rehabilitation maintenance, the injured employee is entitled to continue receiving vocational rehabilitation maintenance in an amount equal to the compensation for a temporary total disability which he or she received under the claim which required the vocational rehabilitation services.
