A party who requires assistance in interpreting the English language during a proceeding before the Administrator must notify the Administrator in writing at least 10 days before the hearing at which such assistance is required. The Administrator will appoint an interpreter and arrange for the interpreter to attend the hearing at no cost to the party who requires such assistance.
