NAC618.381. Qualifications.

To qualify for a certificate of operation, a crane which is used to erect or dismantle a tower crane must be tested according to and comply with the applicable:

     1. Recommendations of the manufacturer;

     2. Provisions of the Nevada occupational safety and health standards established pursuant to NRS 618.295; and

     3. Standards adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 618.358.
