NAC618.6479. Modification of time for abatement of violation: Informal review upon denial of petition.

If the district manager denies a petition for a modification of the time for the abatement of a serious violation, the employer may request an informal review by the Chief. After considering all written and oral statements presented, the Chief will affirm, modify or reverse the determination of the district manager. The Chief’s determination is final.
