NAC623.810. Restrictions on display of work.

  • A registrant or firm shall not display, present, exhibit or otherwise show any drawings, models, renderings, photographs or other work in a manner calculated to suggest that the work was performed by the registrant or firm unless:

         1. The registrant or firm performed or had responsible control of the performance of the work; and

         2. The architect, registered interior designer or residential designer and the firm of record is identified in the drawing, model, rendering, photograph or other work.
