  • Before accepting a project, a registered interior designer shall fully disclose to the prospective client all compensation that the registered interior designer will receive in connection with the project. If the registered interior designer accepts the project, the registered interior designer shall not accept any compensation from any person with whom the interior designer deals in connection with the project that has not been fully disclosed to the client pursuant to this section.
